The box lid is from the Texture Chic Specialty designer paper with a window cut from the Diorama Dies. The Trip of Tags Dies has extra little dies for the holidays like these jack-0-lanterns I used on the tag for my pillow box.

I designed this one with the Storybook Gnomes Suite. I colored the gnome and mushroom house with Stampin’ Blends markers. I shared how I did this on Thursday’s Stampin Scoop show video. We’re days away from Christmas and it’s time to spruce up those packages with handmade gift tags! These DIY Christmas gift tags aren’t only adorable, but easy to create using Stampin’ Up! These tags are perfect for treat bags and boxes.

Amazing dies create amazing techniques! This negative image is easily created by die cutting it inside the center of the tag. This split layer tag is easy to create by die cutting two and cutting away the lower section. That lower section is perfect for stamping the “to/from”. I thread the ribbon through the tag and bag and secured with a bakers twine. I added the jingle bell before tying a bow. The adorable tag is stamped with Memento Ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends. Cut small score lines up to the 2" mark on both sides. Notch tabs for easier folding.
Turn and score the left side of each piece at 1/2", 1 1/4" and 2". Score both pieces of paper 1 1/4" from the top and bottom. Punch 1 hole in center/top of bag on both sides, for ribbon.
The printable includes instructions and a clickable supply list for this treat bag. I’ll share the instructions for the coordinating slimline card tomorrow. That looks really neat and so easy to make thanks for sharing. I know I will be making some of them with that paper. Add glue to the 1/2" tab on each piece and glue the bag together.
